What are the Akashic Records?
By Tamara Ciriza
“The Akasha is not a random sphere of being, but a highly ordered and consistently evolving sphere. It is governed by immutable laws. These laws can guide our search for a better life and a better world.” - The Immutable Laws of the Akashic Field, Ervin Laszlo
When I respond to the question “What you do?”, it generally requires of me an explanation of a subject that is still quite unknown. I begin by giving the brief explanation that the Akashic Records are the Great Universal Library of all Knowledge. My purpose and path is to guide and teach others how to confide in their own spiritual channel.
The Akashic Plane is a subtle frequency, where all information that ever has been or ever will be is stored. It comes from the Sanskrit word meaning ether, or fifth element. I really like the definition that Jainism uses, which is "space," because it points us to an understanding of a place where everything that exists is recorded.
“The new physics, in particular quantum physics, offers an answer. The answer is YES: although we may call it by other names, the Akashic Field exists. It is a universal information-and-memory field - it is how the universe appears to an observed within it…It’s plausibility is reinforced by theories promulgated at science’s cutting edge…the field that interconnects events throughout space and time.” - The Immutable Laws of the Akashic Field, Ervin Laszlo
The Akashic Record can be likened to the iCloud, in which the information of everything that has a form is stored. It is a place where everything that happens remains perpetually happening because it is a place that is outside of linear time.
“We are NOT biochemical machines inserted in an impersonal and passive universe, inexorably running down to cosmic heat-death. We ARE evolved clusters of finely tuned vibration, integral parts of an ocean of vibration in a universe that appears to us as an information-and-memory field evolving to greater and greater complexity and order and manifesting higher and higher forms and levels of coherence.” - The Immutable Laws of the Akashic Field, Ervin Laszlo
All of us have a channel that connects us to our soul - it is not veiled - it is simply not conscious. When we become aware of the existence, function, and purpose it serves to connect with the Akashic Records, we can go through a process of learning how to read them by developing our senses to translate and unfold the subtle information that is held there. A good teacher and practice can bring awareness and potent healing that ultimately translates to more autonomy and the ability to flow with life. We begin to flourish when we understand the gifts we hold and see our path and purpose with more clarity.
Anyone can learn to access their own soul record. Just as one can access their own iCloud account and download the information it holds, so it is with the Akashic Records. We can find our own channel, one that connects us to our soul, our essence, what we are here for, the lessons we are here to learn and where we are going. It is a universal compass for the complexity of life. My life’s work is to teach and share the gifts of the universe; the blessings here for all of humanity.
”Your responsibility - I can now add - is to reconnect with this inner nature, this emergent evolutionary nature, this optimal Akashic template. This quantum blueprint that has been waiting for you to recognize it and to be filled by it…for each of you, its appearance is unique. You may feel it as light, as joy, as something that is filled with the codes of your higher nature. It has been waiting for you to sense and recognize as your higher destiny all these years, in your own local life, but also for millennia before that, ever since the first cosmic seeds began to bloom. And now the moment has come. Connect with the energy and the plan for your larger life.” - The Immutable Laws of the Akashic Field, Ervin Laszlo

A Journey Inward: My First Experience with Iboga Microdosing
I'm here to share a personal journey with Micro-Iboga. I'll start by saying that I have very little experience with psychedelics: I've only had a couple of subtle trips with mushrooms, not therapeutically, but recreationally. This was the first time I decided to embark on a journey within myself with the help of a powerful tool called Iboga, which comes from the root bark of the plant called Tabernanthe Iboga, native to Central Africa.

Commonly, people think that ibogaine, the active substance in iboga and being a psychedelic, has a similar effect to psilocybin, but it's not the case. Ibogaine is considered to have a reflective property, meaning it generates an observer effect, allowing us an opportunity to more closely witness our own mind. This doesn't mean we detach from reality, but rather we can observe our patterns and mental discourses more clearly. In my opinion - because let's remember this brief article is about my personal journey - iboga is a very mental substance. Of course, there are moments where it makes us feel more in touch with our emotions, but it mainly acts on our mental plane.
The first contact with a very small dose was beautiful. I felt content, colors looked brighter, and I felt very relaxed. As an example, as the days went by, I noticed that my mind was calmer and instead of overthinking things seven times, I only overthought them three times. It's as if the space between the first impulse I felt and the action linked to it became shorter. Life became a bit "simpler” so to say. I noticed more action and less confusion and anxiety around each idea.
Another interesting and very positive thing that happened around the third week of microdosing was that a window of a couple of hours opened up where I could focus my mind on multiple tasks, shifting my attention from one activity to another without getting distracted in the process and thus achieving a nice degree of productivity.
Being able to disconnect a bit from my mind gave me a lot of clarity regarding my emotions and how I react to external stimuli. Iboga is a great aid in distinguishing mental processes and discovering what kind of approach is needed to continue mental and spiritual healing. In my experience it was a gentle and loving journey inward.
